The Chosen One - Preamble

Kindle Book: The Chosen One (Human Angels)

by Rafael Shamay

Preamble
A Jewish University Professor in Boston told a story about a time in his country, in a downtown Stadium with thousands of residents, every one of them was given a candle and an igniter. When the stadium was filled and everyone was seated, the lights went out suddenly and there was darkness in all the exits. Call on the p.a. asked those present to light the candles, after a few moments, all the candles light came on and one big light came out of the darkness and warmed the hearts of every one that was present.
After completing the story, the lecturer said, if each of us will do one good deed it would be like one candle in the dark, and the world would be a better place to live in and there will be no more wars, loss, grief and pain. In the world there will be one big light, which is the light of hope and brotherhood.
Since the dawn of history, humanity have suffered struggles between good and evil, since the time of Cain and Abel: Abel symbolized the good person, while Cain symbolized evil in the story. Their argument became heated, and eventually Cain murdered his brother with a stone out of jealousy. Abel's body was found in a field, with the hand of evil on him.
Those who were members of the sun of light; are also part of this struggle, until today defined like mystery? What were their beliefs and lives?
Well-known historian claimed that the Qumran sect believed that the sun of light are basically marked as the ministering angels and the sun of darkness, they are angels of destruction; whose only role is to harm humans. They also claim that at the end of days will be a great war between the sun of light and the members of the sect in sons of darkness, and eventually they won.
Others claim that the sons of darkness are dark regimes, they are motivated by viscerally hate for anyone who is different from them. Every generation come with such regimes and interfere with the lives of human beings that wish to live in freedom, peace and brotherhood with their neighbors.
From history, we can learn among other things, one important thing, only through the past, we can learn about the future and the more we get to understand the past, the better we learn lessons for the future.

The story begins with Erez, with a rare coincidence, where the past and the present tense in a one-off time.

It would be great if you could read this book and share it with your friends and family!
